How tippo protects you and your child.

tippo ("we", "us") operates the website at tippo.fun and the tippo mobile app. This policy explains what information we do and do not collect, in plain language. Playing our games never requires an account. Some optional features — saving progress across devices and premium membership — do involve a parent-created account, described below.
A parent or guardian may optionally create an account to save a child's progress across devices and to manage a premium (tippo Glow) membership. This is never required to play. When a parent chooses to create an account, and after providing parental consent, we collect and store:
This information is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore) and is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or use it to build advertising profiles. Access is restricted so a parent can only see their own account and their own children's profiles.
Before any child information is stored, we present a consent step confirming that an adult parent or guardian is creating the account and agrees to this policy. If you are not a parent or guardian, please do not create an account.
A signed-in parent can view their children's profiles at any time and can delete a child's profile and all associated progress directly from the account settings within tippo. Deletion is permanent. You may also contact us to request deletion of any account data, and we will act promptly.
tippo may display advertising to keep the free games free. Because our content is directed to children, we instruct our advertising partners to serve only non-personalized ads. Non-personalized ads use limited information (such as general page content and approximate, coarse location for legal and fraud-prevention reasons) and are not used to build advertising profiles. We do not knowingly permit behavioral advertising to children. Premium (tippo Glow) members see no ads.
Premium memberships are processed by our payment providers (Razorpay for website payments, and Google Play Billing for in-app purchases). Payment card details are handled by these providers and are never stored by us.
tippo is designed to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the children's provisions of the GDPR (GDPR-K), and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. We collect the limited children's information described above only with verifiable parental action and consent, use it solely to provide the service, and provide parents the ability to review and delete it. If you believe a child has provided us personal information without parental consent, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We use Google Firebase (authentication and database), and may use Google fonts, Google AdMob/AdSense for advertising, and payment providers named above — each subject to their own privacy practices. We choose child-directed, non-personalized settings wherever these services are used.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
